Mysore
Katerina, as of today, has been to Mysore, India thrice (July 2018, December 2019, Dec-Jan 2023/24) to study with our teacher and lineage holder Sharath Jois, in SYC (formerly known as KPJAYI). On January 2024 she was Authorised (level. 2) to teach the primary and intermediate series of Ashtanga.
She intends to return as often as possible, in order to renew her ties with the place that gave birth to yoga, deepen her practice, inform her teaching and connect with the international Ashtanga community.
